Our own Dr. Keith W. Vrbicky, featured in news story on KETV 7, received a new heart transplant.
“And here, 12 hours later, my wife gets a call from the doctor [that] there’s a match and we’re going to do this transplant,” Vrbicky said. “That just doesn’t happen without divine intervention in our opinion.”
“He is one of the rare physicians who is also a model patient,” quipped Lundgren.
“You know, honestly, I hadn’t thought that much about it, but now I think about it all the time,” he said.
