With the recent purchase of two new GE Voluson E8 multi-specialty ultrasound machines, Midwest Health Partner’s OB/GYN Clinic is devoted to providing the best in patient care.  With a dedication to all specialties of women’s health such as OB, 3D/4D ultrasounds, pelvic ultrasounds, sonohysterograms, breast ultrasounds and breast ultrasound guided needle biopsies, the new GE Voluson ultrasound machines are a new standard and deliver the best image quality.


MWHP also offers ultrasound imaging in diagnosing a wide variety of conditions affecting the organs and soft tissues of the body, including thyroid, scrotum, abdominal and retroperitoneal ultrasounds.


Midwest OB/GYN is accredited by the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine in obstetric, gynecologic, breast and abdominal/general ultrasound. This is achieved by meeting rigorous voluntary guidelines set by the diagnostic ultrasound profession. The clinic sonographers include Nora Petersen, BS, RT (R), RDMS and Makayla Meuret, BS, RT (R), RDMS.


MWHP also offers mammography for routine and diagnostic screenings.  All mammograms are read by board certified radiologist, Dr. Robert Faulk.


Bone densitometry is offered to patients in the detection of osteoporosis, osteopenia and post-menopausal women.


Telemedicine is also used to provide easy access to specialists to share images and for second opinions and treatment options.  Our network of medical specialists allows our providers to conduct secure telemedicine consults from our local office.  This service saves time, travel costs and inconvenience for the patient.
